Agritechnica 2023 - Hall 11 E31

Bellota Agrisolutions will once more participate at the Agritechnica Fair in Hannover, Germany, the industry's most important trade show worldwide. Stand: Hall11, E31.

On this occasion, Agrisolutions will showcase its five tilling, sowing, and harvesting machines, for which it is globally recognised, by demonstrating the longest life products for each machine: 

i)Seed drills: Discs made with inPHInium steel for increased performance due to its extended life and ability to absorb impacts. Agrisolutions produces an extensive variety of disc models of distinct geometries. Seed drill shoes or fertiliser tips are available with tungsten carbide, DURATOP technology.

ii)Disc harrows: In addition to inPHIdium steel, Agrisolutions has patented the SCALLOPED disc, a special disc design that extends the life of the fully sharpened notches. With this design, the disc grips the soil better at high speeds, the cut is very clean and a uniform furrow is obtained using seed sowing discs since the disc does not slip and the furrow walls are not compacted. 

iii)Cultivators: The wide range of DURATOP cultivators with a special tungsten tip design makes these products highly wear-resistant, especially suitable for sandy but not stony soils. Agrisolutions has two fully automated manufacturing plants for all types of high performance tines. 

iv)Ploughing: Patented by Agrisolutions, DURATOPBOND, is a welding process that utilises tungsten carbide chips to increase the longevity of cultivators and ploughshares. 

v)Harvesting: Carl Sülberg's forged guards from Germany are a guarantee of quality. Agrisolutions has introduced a new line of blades with DURATOPFUSE technology, which provides a tungsten powder coating with exceptional hardness and fusion with the base material for a longer life. 

Consequently, Agrisolutions has been successful in prolonging the life of its products through longer-lasting applications, design, and the steel used, as well as by optimising manufacturing methods.
